Kind: a Christmas short story of post-WWII Munich by Kellyn Roth

5.0

Another lovely Christmas short by Kellyn Roth! This time it's set in war-torn Germany, told as the story of how a young American soldier finds a way to celebrate Christmas, even among the cold grays of post-war Munich.
The story was short but sweet. The friendship between Neil and the Slades was delightfully heartwarming. His banter with his buddies was amusing. This was about the true spirit of Christmas, and how we can always find a way to celebrate it in our hearts!
A cup of hot chocolate on a bitter winter day :)
