As a reader, I beg of you to write books like this one instead of the way you have been. Books like Wicked feel like you are trying to hard to be impressive, but in dealing with fairy tales, thinking of an outside the box is great, but only if you don't lose the necessary whimsy. This book of short stories not only follows the importance of this rule, but truly embraces it. Sigh. A perfect of example of how good a story can become when one develops it in a natural fun way instead of trying to seem lofty.
