I wasn’t blown away, but I didn’t dislike it. It just seemed a bit blah. The FMC was a little dense at times when by now she should expect shenanigans from the maniacal tyrant holding her hostage, yet she seems so surprised he lied about her lineage. Like, really? Mass murderer, but you are shocked he’s a liar too?
