The Rosie Effect
by Graeme Simsion
While I didn't enjoy this one quite as much as The Rosie Project, I still found this one enjoyable. Don is such a quirky, lovable character. This book, though, made me feel sad for Don a lot, which I didn't particularly enjoy. I felt frustrated on his behalf while listening to the audiobook, and there were a couple of times I wanted to scream at other characters.
That being said, there was still plenty of humor present, and there were some new characters that I felt were good additions to the story. I would have liked a bit more of the Rosie we saw in The Rosie Project, but the unique relationship between her and Don is still very much present.
I did feel that the end was a bit rushed, and not as cohesive and satisfying I would have liked.
