This was a re read for me because I now have book 2 and 3 and I wanted to get the full experience.
I loved this book more the second time.
Dallas's wit really got to me this time. I think it was her way of showing emotion because it is something she has a hard time expressing.
I love that she wasn't wimp or whiny or like a total valley girl.
She was a strong female character from the first page to the last. That's huge to me. I hate when you have a strong female made wimpy by a male character.
I like that you meet Levi and Silas's before you ever meet Carson so you not sure who her love interest is going to be until you know.
Carson sure does push him self for someone who to me didn't feel like the football guy you know. Until he does. Its one of the things I like most.
Dallas's dad was a bit of a mystery to me. I get the overprotective stuff but come on making her move back home? I didn't get that part. But that's just me.
On too book 2!
