Fans of Madeline Miller will enjoy this one! I think I still liked Miller’s Song of Achilles better, but I really liked the different perspectives of all the women in A Thousand Ships. I loved the message that in the Trojan War, the famous soldiers and warriors weren’t the only heroes; the women were strong and courageous, too.
