What a beautiful book! I'm blown away with how much Chimamanda can convey in just a few pages. And oh, she conveyed so much in this book.
My favourite short stories were the title, 'The Thing Around Your Neck', 'American Embassy', 'Imitation', 'Cell One' and pretty much all of them. I loved that they mostly all had a strong female protagonist and voice. It gave me a glimpse not only into their soul but also into the history of Nigeria which I strongly appreciated.
DEFINITELY recommend this book.
