Okayyyy.... This book was so cuteeee😭😭 Ann liang is truly becoming my go to author for such books.

One thing I love about Ann Liang is, how she blends various topics with romance element in her stories. Like this book discussed identity crises, (as fmc moves countries alot) isolation and fallout of friendships for no apparent reasons (which I could relate to), but it reminded me that communication is the key in it.

Eliza was kind of relatable at points because of her overthinking when it comes to relationships and her struggling to communicate with others, like zoe or caz.

Though she kind of started to get on my nerves when she dragged her confession for so long. But even then i could see why she was like that.

I also loved emily's character, wish she had more scenes.

Now, coming to romance part, it was so good!!! I love slowest of slow burns and this book served in that. Caz Song is the gentleman🤌✨ But.... I wish we could have gotten more to his story.. Like how he convinced his mother at the end for acting academy application and all. Also, is it only me who wanted the whole accident scene to be intense.?

I would have loved to see Eliza panicking a bit more😭😭😂

I loved this book overall, the writing was also so good!🤎
