After meeting the author at a book signing I was excited to read this story. Honestly I was not so sure about it just starting out, it was not bad or anything I just wasn't sure if it was my kind of book. Sometimes I'm a big fan of YA and sometimes not. Well I am of this one. Even though my copy is an Advance reader I still plan to buy a copy to share.
I love a story with fresh new ideas and Ally gives that to you. I also love a story that has a point, a story that makes you think and of course a story that gives back. I think its important to have stories out there in the YA world that have meaning, that are not just for fun.
I am inspired by the reminder that one should "not go gentle into that good night." The reminder that no matter how it might seem no one and nothing is perfect. The reminder of how lucky we are to have the choices we are able to make each day.
I hope and expect others to be inspired as well.
