What else can i say? Its more of the fun relationship between Ian & Veritas, we all love at this point. Although i was a bit curious what the split between characters will bring to the table, they actually did the opposite, with Ian being a skyrim NPC that teleports from one way to another, just to say "Oh, hi there" and then ending that arc relatively early in the book. We also have Veritas that is more badass than ever. And that unstoppable duo, really have fun action moments throughout the book, especially during "5-minute trial". Of course since it is an erotica, we have a lot of segments where they fuck in the corners (sometimes literally), sometimes nicely placed, sometime just pure filler, i skipped. Speaking of filler, author really went clever with this entry, presenting us some, at the first glance, very minor filler moments, that later on get really impactful, in fact, at the moments we dont expect them to hit back. That doesnt mean major moment are bad, no, not at all. This time we get a pure on soap opera. You can expect drama, massive twist in main gimmick of this entry, family reunion, new antagonist (that was teased in book 1) as well as some cozy, slower, heartwarming moments. THIS IS HOW YOU SHOULD WRITE A ROLLERCOASTER, IM NOT A FAN OF PRIMARLY ROMANCE DRIVEN STORIES, YET I LOVE THIS SERIES, HANDS DOWN JEANINENE, HANDS F-ING DOWN!
