I Want to Die but I Want to Eat Tteokbokki by Baek Se-hee

emotional reflective sad fast-paced

4.0

I was looking forward on reading this and I was not disappointed.

The concept is pretty similar with "The courage to being disliked". And I enjoyed both.

The book is composed of serval conversations between the author and her therapist. They talk about depression, self love, judgment and many more.

This book helped me put in words some of my feelings and made me feel seen and heard. Thank to this book I could talk with my therapist about some very deep deep thoughts I had but never acknowledged. Qqq
The translation seems good and I wish I will read it again in korean soon.
