The premise is interesting because the paranormal world is slightly different of what I usually encounter. Is cool that she is a different type of fae than what we are used to but, the little girl thing transformation is a bit weird made even worse by the fact she is turning into her dead sister as everyone refers to the transformation as a different entity than her. Creeepy I tell you, even worse when she is hugging the warg who is the romantic interest.
I have the same problem I tend to have with PNRs, the narration makes it difficult connect with the main character and what they are living. So the story is interesting and I want to know what happens but it’s just like talking to an unfeeling wall. It’s difficult to find PNRs without this problem.
I am also quite into the lifemate thing, which I think it’s going on here.
