I expected this book to be full of cultural richness and depth around this Japanese word and concept, but it read more like just another basic self help book that someone projected their own ideas onto rather than expanding on the concept itself before making connections. A lot of over-simplification of real world issues and how people should approach and solve them, lacking nuance.
