Conju hating Cliopher at first?? Going to court and chatting with him without recognizing him? Thinking how no one was friends with him except his radiancy, and that Kip clearly adored his radiancy? And also, the discussion of how the emperor’s god like status came to be more believed after the fall, after being a political fiction for so long, and the worldbuilding!
