What a great intro into a new series. I had this book on my TBR for the cover alone, and even though sometimes a cover can be super misleading as to the content and storyline quality, this one was not deceitful. This story had a great flow to it and the dialog was very easy to follow, without any harsh pronunciation of names or places that sometimes takes away from the story. We are now set up for the next book in the series and continuing on the quest of finding out who murdered Lukans father. I loved the dynamic between Lukan and Flea and cannot wait to see what happens for them next. I don't read many male authors but James Logan is one I will definitely add to my frequent reads once he builds his book resume. Now we just need to wait until November for the next one!
