5⭐️ Psy-Changeling Book: 15 (Assembly)
This book is all plot. So much continued and resolved and closed. We lost a beloved character. It was both sad and a sense of relief. This book wrapped up a lot of threads that we have been watching weave while also giving us new problems. It feels like a season finale to a good ass television show. Getting to see the next generation and the way the bonds formed now could affect the future. Also I’m glad Nikita has been getting the credit she deserves as being a good but distant mother. I loved the hinting at her and Anthony’s relationship. (I’m gonna need a book for them). We also get love letters from a priest and someday I’m gonna write a book with that same title. There were easter eggs and call backs from some of the Psy-Changeling novellas that I read a couple years ago. This novel coalesced so much good shit in one book. And because I was in the mood for romance and it seems this book had no direct couple, I thought I’d be uninterested but do I cried and laughed and had all the feels. This was great!
