The writing style is not my cup of tea. The immediate jump to making sexual innuendos and jokes with a full-blown stranger that you’re going to live with for the next 10 days felt weird and icky. Pacing is hella off and certain scenes feel like they’re out of no where and just there to constantly reiterate that Grace and Calvin are sexually attracted to each other when that’s really not something that has to be said to us at least 15 different times in the first 12 chapters. Overall an immature writing voice that I wasn’t a fan of either.
