I’ve now read all of Lex Croucher’s published books and feel sad having to wait for the next one. I loved reading a character that was so deeply intent on being terrible, and then failing at it and making everybody love her. I loved the queerness and wished there was a little more to the trans storyline in the second half of the book. The humor in Croucher’s writing is perfect for me and often makes me grin like an idiot while reading. Enjoyable, entertaining, and endearing!
