I really liked this book, but it felt slightly less cohesive than Six of Crows, as in the overarching goal was a little less clear.
It was definitely more emotional, withMatthias's death (I'm still very broken up about that), and the buildup to the most charged hand holding ever.
It still feels like some things are left at loose ends, but this is the last book of the duology. I guess I'll have to live with the slightly unfinished feeling, and honestly props to Leigh Bardugo for having restraint and not over-explaining.
