the familiarity i have with the characters, and world make this book VERY enjoyable. it's the right mix of weird writing with weird plot happenings. i loved the mystery building up until you find out what happened to harrowhark. unfortunately, i think the mystery is weakened by the small amount of information you're drip-fed by the short story at the end, but i'm still excited to read the third book.
