Fragile Longing by Cora Reilly

3.0

2.5*. I liked that this was more about the relationship than about mafia stuff. All that was kept to a minimum, but there was quite a bit in the beginning about her crush on him when her future was arranged and she was just 11 or 12. I have to say I skimmed that bit, for someone so young it felt like mature emotions and it made me very uncomfortable but it also was boring me. This internal angsting didn't stop there but continued for much of the time, with little couple time till they get married. I got more invested once they got married but it seemed to little too late. Both characters didn't inspire any great emotion either positive or negative.

This clear intersects with Remo/Fina's book, which I haven't read but I'll be moving it up in my tbr pile.
