Love Letters to the Dead
by Ava Dellaira
It's a beautifully written book. About halfway through it becomes riveting. I love her use of scenery description to highlight the characters feelings and the stages of grief. Also, who the character wrote her letters to was illuminating.
I'm not really a music buff so the use of music/musicians as empathetic touchstones was really interesting - I'd never considered them that way.
A worthwhile read and one I'll recommend.
