Everyone knows how much I love the Charlie Parker novels.  I enjoyed this one more than the last two or three.   The mystery is excellent, and it is a testament to John Connolly's characterization skills that readers will actually root for a mob "fixer" to be successful.   One thing that is starting to get to me, though is the tease of "what" Charlie Parker actually is.  There are hints and reminders provided here, but still no answers.
