I’m not sure I slept until I finished this book. I found every excuse to pick this up and was hooked from the minute I started it. This book reminded me of the show “Dead Like Me” where instead of taking souls out of people before they die, the characters in this book are tasked to get people to sign their soul away for the most mundane things. I loved the character depth in this story and the growth of each separate plot and how it intertwined. I was constantly guessing what would happen next and was always wrong. I loved all of the twists, the climax and really enjoyed the loophole at the end. The descriptions of hell were so understandably frustrating, whether it was that hell is fully carpeted, they only play the music you hate, or that whenever you try to grab a paper towel you only end up with a tiny corner piece. Everything about this book kept me invested and it was worth every sleepless night! I cannot wait to read more by the author!
