Simidele thinks she did what was right to save Kola’s twin siblings, but things may not be exactly as they appear. Kola and his motley guard are eager to welcome Simi back into their found family. If only they didn’t have to deal with their warring neighbors first who are intent on releasing anti-gods.
Really good. Saw the plot twist coming and had me reaching into the book and shaking Simi. Really hope we will see more of this world Bowen has created.
