This was an interesting read, continuing the story of a character I like. That said, it didn’t seem to have the spark that so much of The Sandman had.
The story was bigger than I expected. I thought this would be a 6-issue arc, but instead it seems like this was just a prologue. Which I actually like, because it means there is a lot more to come, but it was weird that they kept introducing new characters and plot points, instead of wrapping anything up.
Some of the art I really liked, while one or two of the issues weren’t a style that I liked.
Overall, I like the Corinthian and the world, so I am happy to keep reading this series. And if this is the “worst” thing James Tynion V writes, he’ll still be a great author.
