4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ & 3 🌶️🌶️🌶️.
I enjoyed this but not as much as the first book. Its ending/cliffhanger hinted at one of my least favourite tropes emerging. But, seeing as I’m so invested in these characters and this plot line I am excited to read on.
As there are two more books I’m confident there are a lot more secrets to be revealed from this Lott. But it’s clear the cliffhanger is the first big one. This is also turning into not just a gang war and borderline old money mafia type shit. Which I am loving.
The spice also heated up a little in this instalment and that included one of my *ahem* favourite… positions? ** fans herself and swoons**
Anyway I’m excited to finish this series and I’m loving Tate James’ writing!
