five stars for the vibes !!! i had such a fantastic time reading this. the first 1/3 didn’t click for me but i think that’s mostly a me problem bc by the third day of picking this up consistently i was determined to stay up to finish it & see my newest loves through to the end of their journey. i have never loved a male main as much as i love alistar. a man in touch with his feelings? who communicates? who says what he means? this book made me feel things, giddy, and swooning & gasping at other parts. such a freaking enjoyable read w incredible smut scenes & even tho the MMC is a murderer (“and a politician which is worse”) he is my new Golden Standard of Man. Sav writes such GOOD QUALITY RELATIONSHIPS I LOVE IT HERE
