Do you always feel like there is never enough time? Do you like Irish music? Do you like folktales? Do you like stories about people getting lost in timeless places?
Well this is the book for you!
The New Policeman is a light read that is very clearly written by a musician. There is sheet music of traditional reels at the end of each chapter, and each song lines up with what happens in each chapter. (Basically a Mama Mia of Irish folk songs instead of ABBA ones)
I highly recommend finding all of the songs and listening to them while reading the book.
