This was an interesting take on how women make themselves smaller, or in this case become invisible, due to compounding life experiences. The neuroscience behind meditation and self care that is woven through the book is a great way to increase awareness and curiosity. I really loved the themes explored, but at times I wished it was a little more raw. Overall, a good read that makes you question your relationship with PEARL and how it impacts your world.
