Waking the Tiger: Healing Trauma: The Innate Capacity to Transform Overwhelming Experiences by Peter A. Levine

3.0

The book is largely theoratical, with little emperical evidence to back the claims. The theory itself is intresting.

Without rambling too much, there are two things staying with me from this book.
1. The way trauma influences society intergenerationally.
2. How commonly and easily children are traumatised by medical procedures.

Read, but keep in mind that theories sre useless without evidence.
