Polysecure: Attachment, Trauma and Consensual Nonmonogamy by Jessica Fern

5.0

I have to agree with the great ratings before - this book is so much more than polyamory. It’s a very good book for any couple, giving a very good overview about attachment connection security - and describes why your type of childhood had X and Y factors breaking down your sense of security today. The polyamory is maybe only 25% of the book, so really I would recommend it to anyone who does not feel secure in their relationship (or having a partner with this issue). I took a lot of notes from this book!
