Of White Snakes & Misshaped Owls by Debra Hyde

4.0

Against the setting of a New York City run by Tammany Hall, Charlotte Olms is a woman of means gifted with keen deductive skills. Following the disappearance of a pharmacist, Charlotte sets out to solve the mystery with companion Joanna Wilson in a manner befitting of Holmes and Watson. A great read for those who enjoy historical fiction, mystery, and moments of eroticism.
