Another great NR Walker read - her writing syle just does it for me!
Perhaps not technically a great story but it worked for me. Isaac and Carter are 6 months on and still going strong - but sometimes its papered over cracks.
Isaac is still a bit of a pain, and now we are into book 2 I kind of think he should be a bit over some of his issues now - though on the other hand he has good reasons and if offered a chance at sight, I can see someone wanting to go for it.
I could also see how Carter could be smothering someone who wanted to be independent.
The fly in the ointment proved to be a suitable distraction though I thought he could have been more obnoxious and he did kind of trail away.
The story focussed really on furthering their relationship and whilst some will find it a bit light, I did get immersed in the story and thoroughly enjoyed it.
