I enjoyed it. I haven't read any of Nimoy or Shatner's autobiographies so many of the stories were new to me. The writing sounds like it was recorded interviews with some researched chunks stuck in to support. Shatner behaved like a jerk a lot and didn't realize it, and is now kind of reflecting on things better.
Read it if you are a fan of the two of them, but it's not a game changing biography.
