I'm glad that I have this book in three installments so I can take a break in-between. I enjoyed reading this classic (rare for me) and I liked the interactions between the translation and the meaning. I loved the poetry and was so interested in the construction of quite epic scenes! I wasn't a fan of all the politics and references of the time, as it made whole cantos difficult to read, but I'll be reading Purgatory and Heaven in time!
