Sea of Tranquility by Emily St. John Mandel

3.0

I found this book to be just ok. Despite the considerable hype and its mass appeal, I didn't feel a personal connection to it. While it was well-written, clever, and held my interest, it ultimately felt flat. The characters seemed overshadowed by the focus on time-travel intricacies, resulting in a lack of emotional depth.
