Colleen did it again, another book that made me cry uncontrollably.
Reminders of him was such a heavy yet beautiful story.
I loved Kenna and instantly related to her as a mom and the things I would do to be part of my child’s life despite all the challenges and obstacles. Her pain was reflected so well and the growth from beginning to end was beautiful. The way she fought for Diem, the way she feels fought to honor Scotty, all of it, perfect.
Now don’t get me started on Ledger….. I am obsessed. The way he cared for Diem, the way he protected her and Kenna, oh man!!
