The Final Witness: A Kennedy Secret Service Agent Breaks His Silence After Sixty Years by Paul Landis

3.0

This was an interesting look inside the Secret Service during an absolutely horrible, yet historic, time period. I found the book to be easy to read and interesting. Following the Kennedys to Dallas in November 1963 and going along in the motercade on the 22nd was definitely one of those 'can't look away but want to tell them to do sodifferent moments. moments. However, once at Parkland, all I wanted to do was yell at him that he was being stupid and making bad choices. Then, to refuse to mention how he simply changed history to anyone was mind baffling. Regardless, glad I read this and gained a broader understanding of the Kennedy assassination.
