I'm not usually one for self-help/ productivity books but this was definitely an exception. James Clear does a great job of explaining how you can apply his research in your own life and make small changes to create big results in the long run. I've already noticed a difference in my thoughts about certain habits such as exercise and cleaning since finishing the book. I definitely recommend it!
