ARC from Macmillan audio, these are my own thoughts and opinions. Thanks for the advanced copy!
This was a really fun listen! You’re in the head of someone who is trying to determine what parent is the best choice for the daughter to live with post divorce. The problem is, the daughter can’t speak to her because of a traumatic event. Through the process, she begins to be suspicious of the whole situation and is determined to find out what really happened. I enjoyed this listen! The narrator did a phenomenal job & made the listener empathize with the character.
