Catfished and kidnapped. How well do you really know your book bestie?
Charlie hasn't had the best of lives. His mother certainly didn't help matters. He knows he isn't the most attractive of men, not by a long shot. Still, he had a lot to offer. He would happily learn everything you wanted. Become the book-boyfriend of your dreams. He just wants to be loved. He is willing to do and become anything for the one he loves.
When Charlie discovers the book community, he poses as a woman. After meeting Jessie, a self-published erotic author, he falls head over heels. He is sure once Jessie realizes that her bestie may be a man but is, in fact, the perfect man for her. Ready to bring all of her darkest scenes to life, they will have their happily ever after.
He just needs her to stay put long enough for him to prove it.
If you're looking for a quick read that will make you gag and reconsider that buddy-read, this is it.
