“Maybe there was no right or wrong, no black or white, only a thousand shades of gray when it came to pain and what we each held ourselves responsible for.”
Overall I really enjoyed this book and Bree’s and Archer’s story of healing. The last about 15% or so of the book was a lot of emotional whiplash though and I personally was not a fan of it. This might just be a me thing, but it really felt like a bunch of ideas occurred to the author and none could be left out and it was just kind of chaotic. If it hadn’t been for that this book would’ve been more of a 4.5 for me.
