Blue Lines by Toni Aleo

Thanks netgalley for a free read in exchange for a review.
Lovely read, and a well written book. This is my second read by this author, my first was from an anthology so a first full length and I loved it. World building in this book was very good, Erik was such a man whore.... But Piper stuck by him. You have to admire what women go through to straighten out such a damaged man. I love the assassin series, it seems as though all the characters are pretty much in every book, which is neat, and these can stand alone. Overall entertainment value... Four stars.
As an after thought I was thinking that the author should call the book blurred lines, I mean for the most part Erik was a dick. A selfish one at that with little self esteem left over from a crappy childhood. Piper was extremely poised and calm even as a pregnant woman. He should have believed in her, she could do anything.
