Seiichi is a timid tweenage boy w/ a normal life and a loving mother, but one summer day he witnesses something that turns their relationship into one of insidiously mundane, domestic horror

i love this manga but with the series reaching its (at time of writing) 13th English language tankoban release and no end in sight, the already slow pace is beginning to wear me out. the sheer amount of psychological abuse and emotional humiliation Sei goes thru is excruciating, and makes it hard to recommend to anyone but the most resilient enjoyers of the psychological horror genre
