Fast-paced, gruesome and packed full of tension with generally messed up characters in both the heroes and the villains.
I enjoyed this story and would recommend if you want to read a thriller which doesn't go where you would expect.
My only complaint is that Nicole was a very submissive, weak character who it was challenging to respect. But I think that was what the author was going for...
