Foolish Hearts by Emma Mills

I'll be honest and say that with the synopsis and cover, I probably would not have picked this up on my own. But one of the reasons why I am subscribed to Owlcrate is to sometimes be pushed out of my comfort zone. I picked this book up intending to read it in four parts with the Owlcrate Book Club Facebook group and then I read a majority of it in one day. I wasn't necessarily overjoyed by the end of chapter one, but as soon as I started chapter two, I was hooked. I loved the tie-ins of nerdy/geeky stuff, the boy band obsession, and the A Midsummer Night's Dream play. It had so many good things in it. I loved that a family dynamic was present because I feel it is absent in a lot of YA. I also fell in love with so many of the characters. Claudia spoke to me. She is my spirit animal. And the love interest was great.
