Bone Crier's Moon by Kathryn Purdie

um...so, yeah. this book got a lot of hype on book tok, which really raised my expectations. expectations that were not met LOL. it was fine and the plot did sound interesting, but in the end it just didn't work for me. I was a lot more invested in the "side" character/best friend Sabine, but even her I had some issues with. so yeah. wouldn't read again. and I did read the second book, but not sure why because it does not get any better.
