This book does a great job breaking down how the authoritarian far right is trying to push its agenda into the American education system. It lays out five big themes you see in fascist-style education:
  • National greatness
  • National purity
  • National innocence
  • Strict gender roles
  • Vilification of the left
It was eye-opening to see how figures like Trump, Vance, DeSantis, and others are actively pushing this kind of agenda in our Nation’s schools. Their removal of CRT and DEI serve a bigger purpose and it is terrifying.
