Love, Hate & Clickbait by Liz Bowery

I'm a sucker for fake dating and enemies to lovers, and this mostly hit the spot for me! This felt like a "gritty" romance in the sense that it really didn't shy away from the unpleasant side of politics and the characters were genuine assholes for a significant part of the book. My biggest complaint is that the plot overall felt under baked and a bit rushed, particularly towards the end. I wanted more on both of their families, more of the fallout of them falling in love, more slowing down and getting into the meat of what was going on before skipping on to the next moment. That being said, the relationship between Clay and Thom was the clear centerpiece for the book and I enjoyed that a lot.
